Blackstone’s multi-format unabridged audiobook of Charlie Higson’s fifth Young Bond adventure, By Royal Command, is now available for pre-order at Amazon.com.

By Royal Command will be read by Gerard Doyle and will be released on May 18 as a 9 disc CD ($100), an 8 tape cassette ($65), and as an MP3-CD ($29.95). A Playaway edition will be available in July.

Blackstone’s library editions come in sturdy vinyl cases. Retail editions come in attractive industry standard cardboard packaging. Cover art is not yet available.

As we first reported in January, Blackstone takes over audiobook duties in the U.S. from Random House/Listening Library who released the first three Young Bond novels read by Nathaniel Parker. This will be Blackstone’s second Young Bond release following Hurricane Gold which was released on March 1.
