Here’s some exciting news for German Young Bond fans. Publisher Arena Verlag informs us they plan to publish a new hardcover edition of Charlie Higson’s first Young Bond novel, SilverFin (Stille Wasser sind tödlich), in February 2009.

As in the UK, SilverFin was originally published in paperback in Germany in 2005. But because it is Arena’s bestselling Young Bond book, and because the publisher wanted to “do something special for the fans”, it was decided to give SilverFin a nice new hardcover reprint.
