The good folks at Pimento kinderboeken have sent over this beautiful high-res preview of the Dutch cover art for Charlie Higson’s Hurricane Gold (Goudstorm), due for release in April 2009.

The cover appears to once again be the design of Marlies Visser. As with her other Young Bond covers, it departs from the UK style, but matches nicely with the other books in the Pimento series.

While the publisher confirms the April release, the exact day has yet to be determined. But keep an eye on our CALENDAR for updates on all the upcoming Young Bond releases for 2009.

Dutch Bond Factoid: Bond travels to The Netherlands in the 1971 film version of Diamonds Are Forever despite the fact that the location is not featured the 1956 novel.
